Recruitment

Google

For Google’s recruitment department, we got to create a handful of characters with a lot of personality. The characters live in the video, but also in a series of ads created for the same project. From concept to delivery, kindness and collaborative bliss are written all over this project. We’re thankful to Google and our team for a campaign worth replicating.

As we developed the concept, script, and creative direction for this campaign we listened to Google’s wish to create something human, imperfect but authentic. In our concept pitch we wrote, “Google meets you where you are. A confidence booster, this relatable, heart-warming video pairs a bold palette with simple scenes that find each applicant where they are to celebrate them and their unique abilities.” Art director Aaron Ray brought the piece to its own unique style in these boards.
